Insurance Match is a free quote comparison service. We never charge consumers a fee to submit a quote request, browse carrier information, or be connected with a licensed insurance agent. Because no payment is collected from consumers for using the Site, there is generally nothing to refund.
We're compensated through referral or advertising fees paid to us by participating insurance carriers and agents when a consumer is matched or connects with them — never by charging you. This arrangement does not affect the price you pay for any policy you ultimately purchase.
If you purchase an insurance policy or any product or service from a carrier or agent you were connected with through our Site, that transaction — and any premium, fee, or payment associated with it — is between you and that carrier or agent, not Insurance Match. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes for a policy you've purchased must be handled directly with the issuing carrier or agent under the terms of your policy.
If you believe Insurance Match has charged you directly for any reason, please contact us right away at the details below. We will review the charge and, if it was made in error, issue a full refund.
If you'd simply like to stop receiving calls, texts, or emails after submitting a quote request, you can opt out at any time using the instructions in those communications or by contacting us directly — no payment or refund is involved in this process.
