We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a carrier, that any particular rate will be available, or that coverage will be issued. Final rates, terms, and eligibility are determined solely by the licensed carrier or agent you work with.
By submitting a form or requesting a quote, you authorize Insurance Match and our network of licensed agents and carriers to contact you by phone (including autodialed or prerecorded calls), text message, and email regarding insurance products, even if your phone number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service, and you may revoke consent at any time.
Insurance Match may receive a referral or advertising fee from carriers or agents when you are matched or connect with them, at no additional cost to you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the products, services, conduct, or representations of any third-party carrier or agent.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Insurance Match, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Carrier names and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement or partnership.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insurance Match, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your interactions with any carrier or agent matched through the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
